Mô tả công việc

1. Lead the design and development of AI-driven chatbot systems using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
2. Build and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus).
3. Develop and integrate Voice AI solutions (speech-to-text, text-to-speech, conversational voice agents).
4. Fine-tune and deploy AI/ML models for NLP and multimodal applications.
5. Define technical architecture and ensure scalability, performance, and security.
6. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and global clients to deliver business-ready AI solutions.
7. Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and perform code reviews.
8. Contribute to internal AI R&D projects such as AIContentHub, AI HR Assistant, and AI Voice Agent.

Yêu cầu

1. Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
2. 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
3. Strong proficiency in Python; solid experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace Transformers.
4. Proven experience building chatbots or LLM-based conversational systems.
5. Knowledge and experience with RAG (document retrieval, embeddings, semantic search).
6. Hands-on experience with Speech-to-Text (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) solutions (e.g., Whisper, DeepSpeech, Azure Cognitive 7. Services, Google Cloud Speech, ElevenLabs).
8. Familiarity with deploying AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise infrastructure.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable architectures.
10. Good communication skills in English (Japanese proficiency is a plus).
