Mô tả công việc

Clearly articulate the web/app design vision and then collaborate closely with project owners to ideate new project and features
Create visual designs, beautiful icons, and elegant layouts for any type of device (desktop, mobile, tablet)
Develop pixel-perfect specs and design documentation, based on requirements of sales team and customer
Contribute to and maintain our overall design language and unique voice
Analyze data-driven insights and user research to inform design decisions
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure creative styles are within technical constraints and follow-up with engineers to iterate the project
Working remotely

Yêu cầu

2+ years of professional UI/UX design with web/mobile app focus
Extensive portfolio of work across multiple platforms
Proficient in Figma, Sketch and Invision, or related prototyping software
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
Attention to detail and consistency
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to collaborate with a team, as well as being able to work autonomously
Passionate about being an integral part of solving complex problems with simple, easy-to-use solutions
Comfortable giving and receiving critical design feedback
Ability to present design in the context of strategy and user/cultural insights with a persuasive, collaborative approach
Experience in e-commerce or startups
Good English communication is a plus

Strong self-learning ability, willing to take risks and try new things.
Team player who is willing to learn and share knowledge among the team

Quyền lợi

The starting pay will be lower at VND 14m per month.
3 months' probation period. Upon confirmation, the pay rise to VND 18m. You will then also be provided with a company notebook PC.
Insurance, social benefits, and vacation will follow government regulations.
Tet Bonus will be 1 to 3 months depending on quality of work, teamwork with colleagues & your team performance.
Remote working, hence, no need to commute to work daily. Great for applicants in smaller towns or cities.
5 days working per week but in blocks of 5 days, when necessary, which means up to 2 weekends may be spent working. Your manager is empowered to grant you extra vacation.
Plenty of learning and training during office hours
Teamwork is expected and it is the way we work. Managers will guide and interact with you closely.
