About the Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to lead and elevate our product design efforts. You will own the end-to-end user experience, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver intuitive, scalable, and beautiful interfaces that delight our users and drive business success.
What You ll Do
- Product Design
▪ Design intuitive interfaces and user flows for web and mobile platforms using Figma.
▪ Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI components that align with our design system.
- User Research & Validation
▪ Conduct usability testing and user interviews to validate design decisions.
▪ Use data and user feedback to iterate and improve product experience.
- Design Systems
▪ Build and maintain component libraries and style guides for design consistency.
▪ Document design standards and contribute to scalable design processes.
- Collaboration
▪ Work closely with
developers and
product owners from ideation to delivery.
▪ Participate in design reviews, provide feedback, and support implementation.
- Leadership
▪ Mentor fresher/junior designers and promote design best practices across the team.
Tech Stack
- Design Tools: Expert in Figma (primary), Adobe Illustrator, Sketch
- Prototyping & Testing: Figma prototyping, InVision, UsabilityHub, user testing facilitation
- Design Systems: Proven experience managing and scaling component libraries and style guides
- Frontend Familiarity (a plus): Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JS to collaborate efficiently with developers
Yêu cầu
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful and user-centered design work.
- Deep expertise in Figma and other design tools, with mastery of vector design and interaction principles.
- Experienced in leading design efforts for web and mobile platforms with a user-first mindset.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining design systems that support scalable product development.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, able to articulate design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
- Proactive, curious, and passionate about emerging design trends, tools, and AI-driven innovation.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
