Kilo is a technology start-up in Vietnam. Our customers are primarily small and medium-sized retailers and distributors.

Our mission is to shift the B2B2C ecosystem with a mission to empower retailers. This is done by democratizing access to the best pricing, assortment, and inventory management. We are building the next generation retail platform by bridging the gap between traditional distribution channels with robust software systems

Kilo was founded on the principle that technology can affect change in traditional and deeply entrenched sectors such as offline retail stores and we are ready to ramp up our investment in Kilo's teams across engineering, product management, and design. We want to accelerate our design and customer experience driven tech initiatives with an in house UIUX designer. Your role will be to work closely with the product management team and Customers to develop intuitive UI and UX designs as well as to conduct ongoing Customer research.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product management team to plan and refine design led requirements across web and app platforms
• Optimize and improve existing user interface designs, striving for intuitivity and the best customer experience
• Create prototypes for new product ideas and test new ideas before implementing
• Conduct an ongoing user research
• Combine creativity with an awareness of ecommerce design elements
• Communicate with cross functional teams to understand their business goals and objectives
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions

• 3 years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
• UI design portfolio
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Excellent english communication skills
• Ability to discuss and explain design options
• Detail oriented critical thinker
• Experience with an interactive design platform software (Figma, Balsamiq, Adobexd, etc)
