We are looking for a creative savvy person, working as a UIUX Senior/Lead who has a good understanding of web, mobile, social and other related ecosystems. Also responsible for delivering the best online user experience, using various methods and latest technology.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
Develop and deliver esthetically appealing concepts, UX/UI design, wireframes, interactive prototypes, mock ups and final solutions based on user centric design process
Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
Collaborate with engineers to develop appliance designs using processors without sophisticated operating systems
Identify user requirements and creates personas through researching and analyzing user's needs, preferences, objectives, and working method
Find creative ways to solve UX challenges and design solutions
Collaborate effectively with other designers as well as with other cross-functional domains such as: marketing, brand & communications and front-end developers to ensure a cohesive design system.
Keep abreast of competitor products, industry trends and user best practices.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Technology or a related field.
3+ years of UI/UX design in the digital world.
Strong understanding of design process and best practices
Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and appear by creating images, sketches, and tables
Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD (User-Centered Design) methodologies
Ability to think strategic challenges and develop creative solutions to user
Working knowledge of data-logging tools such as Jira and Confluence
Strong communication skills, strong sense of ownership and drive
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
