JOB OVERVIEW
The UI/UX Designer will design and optimize user interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring usability, aesthetics, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires creativity, user-centered thinking, and collaboration with product, engineering, and marketing teams. Experience in Contact Center platforms, and Re-sales systems, etc... is highly valued to deliver designs tailored to complex enterprise environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for web and mobile applications.
Build and maintain a Design System for consistency across products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs effectively.
Optimize workflows and interfaces for Contact Center solutions, and Re-sales platforms, etc...
Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Ensure accessibility, usability, and compliance with industry standards.
Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies.
