Mô tả công việc
Work closely with our Product Owners and Engineers in trying to make sense of the different problems faced by many groups of users
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure creative styles are within technical constraints
Perform user research and develop information architecture, user goals, journey maps, and design wireframes and visual interfaces
Test the feasibility of the design by users before implementation
Contribute to and maintain design systems
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Develop pixel-perfect specs and design documentation, based on product requirements
Work within existing style guidelines and create a consistent look that aligns with Beincomm's brand
Analyze data-driven insights and user research to inform design decisions
Lead and grow the product design team. Ensure design output meets consistence

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:
Minimum 4 years of professional UI/UX design with web/mobile app focus (Android, iOS, etc)
Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Axure, or related prototyping software
Proficiency in user-centered design thinking methodologies.
Very strong attention to detail and consistency in design
Passionate about being an integral part of solving complex problems with simple, easy-to-use solutions
Ability to present design in the context of strategy and user/cultural insights with a persuasive, collaborative approach
Up-to-date with design trends, user experience analysis techniques, and research skills
Nice to have:
Good time-management skills
Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Ability to manage, plan and lead the team well
Able to think out of the box and eager to design a product that supports the lives of millions of people
