What You'll Do:
• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms - with a strong emphasis on layout clarity and pixel precision.
• Deliver clean, well-organized design files that
developers (HDMI teammates) can easily interpret and implement.
• Translate business goals and user needs into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; iterate based on insights to refine the user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to align on functionality and ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while elevating the overall visual quality.
Yêu cầu
Who You Are:
• UI-Focused Designer: Strong visual sense and skilled in layout design, with attention to spacing, alignment, and hierarchy.
• Practical Thinker: Able to consider developer needs and hand off designs in a structured, developer-friendly format.
• Tool-Savvy: Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Clear Communicator: Comfortable explaining design rationale and collaborating in English.
• Curious Collaborator: Open to learning basic frontend concepts (HTML/CSS/[protected info] a plus) to enhance handoff quality.
