UIUX Designer

We are seeking a Product Design Specialist who excels in articulating requirements and facilitating clarity on designs. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the product team to understand and define user needs and business requirements.
Create and refine wireframes, user flow diagrams to effectively communicate design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
Develop comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team and ensure alignment with the business goals.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product designs and requirements.
Monitor UX trends, best practices, and new tools and technologies to continuously improve the product design process.
Maintain clear and effective documentation, including design mockups, requirements specifications, and user guides.
Work collaboratively in an agile environment, participating in scrum meetings and sprint planning to ensure design and requirements clarity throughout the development process.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, business analysis, or a related role in a product development environment.
Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and work effectively with diverse teams.
Experience in creating detailed user stories and conducting usability testing.
Desirable Skills:
Certification in UX design or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or UX Certification).
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
