Underwriting Assistance - Financial Lines _Temporary 8 Months

We are looking for a temporary staff to join the QBE Insurance (Vietnam) Co., Ltd, office in Ho Chi Minh.
Responsibilities:
Handle all Underwriting Assistant tasks to support the Financial Lines - Underwriting Team. Key responsibilities include:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team by managing all essential tasks from start to finish-including organizing and maintaining files, handling paperwork, and assisting throughout the binding instruction process.
• Support Senior Underwriters to prepare all the related underwriting documents including but not limit to risk note, rater for the simple renewals in line with underwriting authority and risk appetite.
• Comply with the company's risk management procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
