Mô tả công việc
• Ensures that all corrective actions are dealt with accordingly and that they are monitored for statistical purposes
• Implements, manages, maintains, oversees, administrates and improves ISO, GMP, HACCP and the quality management system, including related standards (e-mark) and initiate new SOPs as and when required, as per company needs.
• Ensures that current processes are consistent with established QMS and legal standards.
• Ensures that new procedures or any procedure changes are updated to reflect current practice.
• Ensures that international and national legislation are applied and adhered to
• Assists to align all Departmental objectives so as to achieve those mentioned in the Company Policy.
• Ensures that Calibrations of all equipment are carried out timeously.
• Ensures that validation activities are carried as and when required.
• Ensures that any products registered as pharmaceuticals are sufficiently controlled, and that the correct procedures governing these products are implemented.
• Ensure that all facets of the organization comply with Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical cGMP.
• Conduct and coordinate internal audits of all facets of the Company to ensure that all SOP and systems are adhered to.
• Ensure that follow up of findings is performed and that corrective actions are sufficient.
• Identify gaps between current and required practice, recommend and drive improvement activities to address the gaps.
• Consider processes in terms of added value and continually improve processes based on objective measurements per department
• Obtain results of process performance from management reports and make recommendations for improvement
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Quality Assurance pharmacist
• Only recruit candidates have bachelor of pharmacists
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership responsibilities:
- Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Quality Assurance
• Functional skills and knowledge:
- Demonstrate knowledge in Quality Assurance tools, concepts and methodologies
- Demonstrate knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate knowledge in GMP/ISO or other quality management systems
- Proven experience in GMP manufacturing
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
*Qualifications
• Qualified Registered Pharmacist
• Min National Diploma in quality,
• Must have pharmacist certificate enough pharmacy business condition.
