• The HR Generalist Executive is responsible for supporting and executing a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration.
• The role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, supports business operations, and contributes to building a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment
Mô tả công việc/ Main tasks & responsibilities
• Employee relations (60%)
- Handle document processing for personnel changes in the company upon request (promotion, termination, transfer, salary adjustment, disciplinary measure...)
- Respond timely and follow-up to the employees HR related issues
- Follow up staff performance appraisal, renewal of labor contracts, update of employees' promotion, transfer, termination.
- Analyze compensation policies, new government regulations and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plan
- Collaborate with other departments to organize and implement internal company activities
• Recruiting supporting and onboarding (20%)
- Coordinate and support the hiring process by posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding new hires through onboarding
- Ensure a consistent and welcoming experience for new employees
- Collaborate with other departments and partners to implement employee branding programs.
• Payroll and benefits administration supporting (10%)
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (update personal details, tracking employment history, and ensure documentation is current and compliant)
- Payroll processing: timely and accurate payment of monthly salary, allowance, OT, Incentive, SHUI, PIT, final payment for employees
- Process procedures of sickness, maternity, convalescence to Social Insurance Dept
• Other tasks (10%)
- Support the yearly events such as team building, year-end party, in-house training courses

- Work with Masteries Group (MAG) to implement the internal activities
