Mô tả công việc
1. Leasing (60%)
- Maintain good relationships and support current tenants list.
- Build and discuss with tenants about T&C policy.
- Foster relationships with current and prospective tenants
- Manage agreement extension or termination of Tenancy Agreement with tenants on expiry date, inform tenants of termination procedures and deposit return.
- Update changes in information of tenant during lease period to make amendment annex.
2. Market Research (30%)
- Work with managers to evaluate efficiency of concepts in Lotte Department Store, thereby make changes to more appropriate concepts.
- Supervise and keep track with changes of market to build potential and trendy vendor list in categories.
- Actively contact potential tenants.
- Make Survey and Report relating to Leasing Market, Competitors, Retail Market,.... as assigned for General Director and Head Quarter.
3. Other Tasks related to business supports as assigned (10%)
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree (preferred real-estate market research, investment or finance background)
- 3-4 years working experience in Retail, Leasing, Sales, Tenants Coordinator,...
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Hard-working, good team-work and strong communication skills.
- Good relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficient in MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
