Mô tả công việc
- Responsible to new product transfering site to site./ Chịu trách nhiệm làm việc với tất cả các bộ phận, phòng ban trong nhà máy chuẩn bị mọi thứ cần thiết để tiến hành chạy sản phẩm mới theo kế hoạch.
- Generate, maintain and provide training for manufacturing personnel on MPIs, Process define on Production Travelers, release ECN/DEV and work instructions as required./ Tạo mới, duy trì và cung cấp khóa đào tạo cho tất cả bộ phận, cá nhân liên quan về quy trình sản xuất các sản phẩm trong nhà máy. Thiết kế các quy trình sản xuất thực thế cần thiết cho các sản phẩm trên production traveler. Ban hành các hướng dẫn thao tác, ECN, DEV cho sản xuất.
- Participate evaluation and purchase equipment for production use as required. Responsible for designing and making Tooling, Jig, Fixture for all process on the production floor/ Tham gia vào việc đánh giá, mua thiết bị cho sản xuất. Chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế, cung cấp toàn bộ công cụ sản xuất cho bộ phận sản xuất.
- Responsible for controlling, operating ShopFloor systems and control product SN of company/ Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm soát, vận hành hộ thống quản lý các công đoạn nhà máy. Và kiểm soát mã serial sản phẩm của công ty.
- Work out with other dept to solve problem on the production lines and other relate. Supervise/involve/coordinate equipment troubleshooting as required./ Phối hợp cùng các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trong nhà máy.
- Experience for whole SMT system: Solder Printer, SPI, Mounter, reflow oven.../ Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với dây chuyền máy SMT như: Solder Printer, SPI, Mounter, reflow,....
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Engineering leader and Manufacturing Engineering Director/ Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi giám sát kỹ thuật hoặc giám đốc kỹ thuật.
- Daily report to direct Leader./ Báo cáo công việc hàng ngày cho trưởng nhóm kỹ thuật trực tiếp
Yêu cầu
- Graduate from University with Major as: Electrical, Engineering, Automation, Mechanical/ Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Điện, Điện tử, Cơ khí, Tự động hóa
- At least 2 years working experience in SMT line or assembly PCBA / Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm máy SMT hoặc lắp ráp PCBA
- Main respond running new product, working with foreign designer, engineer to set up new project/
- Honest enthusiastic in work /Trung thực, nhiệt tình trong công việc
- Willing to work overtime or shifts according to production/Sẵn sàng làm tăng ca hoặc làm ca theo sản xuất
- Able to English communication skill same B level/ Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tương đương trình độ B
