[Urgent] Production Director - Nhon Trach, Dong Nai (With Shuttle Bus)

Role Overview
The Production Director will lead the setup and operation of a new factory, managing production lines, equipment, processes, and teams. This role ensures manufacturing performance, quality, and safety while driving productivity through continuous improvement. The position also develops a high-performing workforce to support the factory's long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end factory setup, including lines, equipment, workforce, and operational systems.
• Develop and implement SOPs, technical standards, and quality control procedures.
• Plan and execute production schedules; monitor productivity, quality, efficiency, material usage, and waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Warehouse, and Planning for smooth operations.
• Implement KPI, OEE, and performance tracking systems; drive Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and develop production teams and line leaders.
• Foster a disciplined, performance-driven culture; oversee reward, disciplinary, and compensation policies.
