- Control operation of all production processes.
- Control and manage human resources from recruitment, training, assignment, evaluation and promotion
- Organize team and assign its right and responsibility when needed.
- Understand company direction of mid-term, long term, then align it with monthly plan to subordinates. Then check progress of each activity, summarize result monthly and report to manager.
Yêu cầu
- Male, Graduated from university specializing in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
- Must have at least 3 years experience as Supervisor position working for FDI manufacturing companies.
- Good knowledge of establishing and maintaining ISO, IATF system.
- Good at English language, communication, interpersonnal skill.
- Good skills of PC, such as Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook.
