Working place: Lotte Department Store, 54 Lieu Giai, Cong Vi, Ha Noi
Working time:
- 8 working hours/day, morning shift & afternoon shift 6 days/week and 01 day off in roaster.
- Long hours work, work might be required on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
I/ Job Description:
- To provide assistances & informations to VIP customers at MVG Lounge.
- To ensure the good condition for MVG lounge
- To collect the information from potential customer to support for making MVG card.
- To do daily report of situation of MVG lounge
- Other tasks assigned by Manager

Yêu cầu
- Good Appearance
- Knowledge of Vietnamese and international retails standards. At least 01 year of professional experience prefer the person who have experience in department store or in retail industry.
- Have communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Various demand of clients, pressure to deal with complaints
- Customer-centric service-minded people with ethics
- Accuracy, careful with high sense of responsibility
- High level of analytical ability and problem solving skills
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel, powerpoint.
