Mô tả công việc
Objectives of the role:
• To lead, manage and direct the sales effort, maximising sales opportunities by promotion of the full Fosroc product range.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy that provides the best opportunity to maximize selling prices, margin and collections in full alignment with the Group Strategic Objectives.
• Report on sales performance, opportunities, forecasts and always endeavour to achieve current Budgets at all times.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Managing the assigned market area/segment.. to achieve volume and gross margin targets
• Day to day management of the sales effort, directly or through the sales unit to ensure delivery of the budget sales target
• Develop the customer base further to add additional revenue streams and growth opportunities through development of solutions to solve the customer problems and differentiate the company from the competition
• Attend weekly/monthly team meetings
• Provide a monthly report on progress against KPI's and business objectives, whilst suggesting further objectives to improve position
• To identify and manage Key Customers by developing close customer relations and taking a lead role in any major projects.
• Achieve quarterly personal objectives
• Perform any other duties assigned by Regional Sales Manager-South & Central Vietnam

Yêu cầu
ESSENTIAL:
1. 3 yrs working experience as a Senior Project Sales in the Building and Construction industry
2. Understanding the key business drivers and converting into profitable sales
3. Able to complete a business plan, and execute business objectives
4. Understanding of construction sector, and its internal divers
5. Communication skills; computer literate and presentational skills; Planning, organisation and structure skills
6. Analytical skills
7. Negotiation skills
8. Able to work independently
DESIRABLE:
1. Competitor knowledge
2. Product knowledge, how Fosroc products fit within the construction industry
3. Marketing awareness able develop the Fosroc position
4. Key account management
5. Able to work under pressure and promote good teamwork with other colleague & division member
