Objectives of the role:
• To lead, manage and direct the sales effort, maximising sales opportunities by promotion of the full Fosroc product range.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy that provides the best opportunity to maximize selling prices, margin and collections in full alignment with the Group Strategic Objectives.
• Report on sales performance, opportunities, forecasts and always endeavour to achieve current Budgets at all times.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Managing the assigned market area/segment.. to achieve volume and gross margin targets
• Day to day management of the sales effort, directly or through the sales unit to ensure delivery of the budget sales target
• Develop the customer base further to add additional revenue streams and growth opportunities through development of solutions to solve the customer problems and differentiate the company from the competition
• Attend weekly/monthly team meetings
• Provide a monthly report on progress against KPI's and business objectives, whilst suggesting further objectives to improve position
• To identify and manage Key Customers by developing close customer relations and taking a lead role in any major projects.
• Achieve quarterly personal objectives
• Perform any other duties assigned by Regional
