VinES is looking for a Talent Management Manager who has a resourceful experience in talent development. She/ he owns great strength of competencies definitions and consecutive training. She/ he will be with the team to cover:
- Create a competencies dictionary for talents at all fuctions
- Build talent road map and development strategy
- Enhance talent clubs activities
- Expand the network of talent attraction
- Actively work with relevant departments to make sure the proper approach to enhance quality of the programs
- Other tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in talent development programs in big corporations/ grou[\p
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to plan, manage time line and multitask effectively
- Advanced database and computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
