User Experience Writer

Location: HN - Technopark / HCM - Vincom Đồng Khởi The UX Writer is responsible for designing, developing, and managing user experience content across digital products, ensuring that content is clear, easy to understand, consistent, and appropriate for each user context.
This role contributes throughout the product development lifecycle, from problem definition and user flow design to content development and implementation. The UX Writer also establishes content systems, standards, and operational processes to ensure content can be effectively managed, localized, and scaled across products, languages, and markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize UX content across user journeys and product touchpoints, ensuring clarity, usability, consistency, and contextual relevance.
Translate complex product, business, and technical requirements into intuitive content that helps users understand information, make decisions, and complete tasks effectively.
Proactively contribute to user flow and product experience design, proposing content solutions based on user needs, usage context, and product objectives.
Develop and maintain content standards and systems, including writing principles, terminology, voice & tone, content patterns, and shared guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
Define and manage content within technical and localization operations systems (Global Translation Admin Portal), ensuring content is ready for product implementation.
Define and address technical content requirements, including dynamic content, variables, states, and display logic, ensuring content is implemented as designed.
Implement multilingual content within the system, manage source content, and coordinate localization based on product and market requirements.
Monitor and review content quality after implementation, ensuring content is displayed in line with the approved design, context, and experience standards.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Research, Business, Engineering, and other stakeholders throughout requirement definition, design, and product development.
Evaluate and improve content quality based on user research, feedback, usage data, and product changes, while standardizing reusable and scalable solutions across the content system.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, Product Content, or a related role.
Experience working in a digital product development environment, preferably with mobile apps, web products, or multi-product ecosystems.
Strong foundation in UX Writing and Content Design, with an understanding of how to design content around user journeys, context, and user needs.
Good understanding of UX/UI, user flows, interaction design, and product logic, with the ability to analyze experiences and propose appropriate content solutions.
Strong writing, editing, and content structuring skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and easy-to-understand content in both Vietnamese and English.
Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Research, Business, and Engineering throughout the product design and development process.
Nice to Have
Experience working with content management systems, localization workflows, or multilingual products.
Experience developing and maintaining content guidelines, terminology, voice & tone, content patterns, and shared content standards.
Understanding of how content is structured and implemented in digital products, including dynamic content, variables, states, and display logic.
