Utility Supervisor

1- Utility Duties:
1. Environment & Safety (ES): Ensure Utility team to comply with ES laws and regulations; Comply with Quality, HACCP standard, ensure no safety and environment accidents
2. Supervise performance of Utility team:
- Establish utility work plan and cost BU with production and management target.
- Leading the execution utility work plan. Assign works target to the subordinate, check the implement, and give supports, adjust the work plan when needed, ensure the jobs smoothly done.
- Check 5S, ES performance of each operator, check the safety status when maintenance works and other activities
- Do Operation Daily Work in utility and track the action log
- Work with external contractor and Procurement team to purchase CO2, gas, oil
- Be responsible for corrective action and prevention plan in Utility function
3. Anticipate for improvement
- Advise improvement and change if needed
- Enhance communicate with employees, establish training plan for staff
- Give advice in development plan for subordinate
- According the brewery policy fairly assessment the employee's KPI, give advice to TS Manager about awards, punishment, promotion, train successors for long development in Utility team.
4. Manage cost, usage
- Ensure to comply with ZBS-TS standards, implement with utility process.
5. Provide technical and human capital supports to other teams of plant when requested. Support for making, management and supervision of projects relating to renovation, expansion and optimize in production.
II- Others
1. Conduct projects or tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor in a timely manner.
2. Participating in other activities if there is the company requirement.
III- People Management
1. Conduct employees to master and apply the VPO tools and means to ensure department's KPIs can be controlled within the scope of the budget; and meanwhile constantly challenge new targets and continuously improve performance
2. According to ABI's People policy, make the training plans and track implementation of them; make the performance management process, and ensure the process can be fairly and justly implemented; regularly communicate with the personnel
