As a UX Designer in our team, you will:
Conduct user research, and market analysis to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create user personas, user journeys, and user flows to define clear product experiences for mobile and web applications.
Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and UX concepts that solve real user problems.
Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and improve product usability.
Collaborate with
Product Owners and cross-functional teams to align product goals, user needs, and design direction.
Contribute to information architecture, interaction design, and overall product experience.
Continuously iterate and optimize product experiences based on user feedback, data insights, and performance metrics, while supporting development teams in implementing UX solutions.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related fields.
2 - 3 years of experience in UX Design for mobile apps (Android, iOS) or web products.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and product discovery processes.
Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam, or similar UX tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a product-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced product environment.
Bonus points if you are experienced in AI domain.
