Conduct UX audits based on heuristic evaluation and UX best practices
Analyze key user flows (Homepage → PLP → PDP → Cart → Checkout)
Identify usability issues and friction points
Clearly structure findings: issue → evidence → impact → recommendation
UX Solution & Flow Design:
Build sitemap, information architecture, and user flows
Propose UX improvements based on audit insights
Create wireframes (mid/high fidelity) for key flows
UI Design (eCommerce-focused):
Design UI for eCommerce websites (PLP, PDP, Checkout, etc.)
Ensure clear visual hierarchy, intuitive CTAs, and usability
Deliver responsive designs (desktop + mobile) using Figma
Build basic components to ensure UI consistency
Design System (Project-based UI Kit):
Establish UI foundations for each project: Typography, color, spacing, layout rules
Build and standardize: Components (buttons, forms, product cards, filters, cart, checkout, etc.) UI states (hover, error, empty, loading, etc.)
Organize reusable components in Figma
Prepare guidelines and handoff notes to support accurate development implementation
Data-informed UX (Basic):
Understand the role of data in improving UX
Read and interpret basic data from GA4, heatmaps (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.)
(Plus) Contribute to tracking plan ideas
Documentation & Collaboration:
Support UX report creation based on available templates
Present insights clearly and logically
Collaborate with UX Lead, PM, and
developers when needed
