The Job
We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer, who will work with the Head of Product and a cross-functional team in Web, App projects. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hanoi, Vietnam. We offer a fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment that focuses on e-commerce, press... ect, and other complex projects.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders and users to understand their requirements and convert that into appealing, highly usable UI and UX design.
- Create UX artifacts such as wireframes, customer journey maps, user flows, sketches, interactive prototypes.
- Conduct research, design, and user testing activities during the life cycle of a project.
- Identify design problems, generate potential solutions, and perform rapidly. Follow and improve internal design process: brief, research, wireframe, concept, variations, deliverables.
- Ensure any UX solutions deliver an extraordinary user experience and journey.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry insights, tools, and trends.
Your Skills and Experience
- 1 - 3 years of experience in designing UX/UI for web applications.
- Experience in delivering Interaction design: Wireframes, Prototypes, Web, App UX Flows...
- Excellent skills with relevant software including but not limited to Sketch, Figma, Miro, Jira, confluence, etc.
- Experience planning and facilitating customer interviews, focus groups, and other research to gather insights used to inform, frame, and execute products.
- Careful, meticulous, responsible for work, preferably knowing English.
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and be able to translate into low fidelity sketches, prototypes, and complete designs.
- Excellent customer intuition, demonstrated success in creating beautifully simple, user-friendly mobile apps and websites.
