Reporting
The UX/UI Designer reports directly to the UX/UI Lead and PM.
Duties and Responsibilities
The UX/UI Designer is responsible for tasks in the following areas:
• Maintain and manage the Design System (Website, Web App, Mobile App and Branding Identity).
• Work closely with product managers and clients to translate product/project requirements into UX and UI requirements, and with developers to make sure your designs are implemented to spec.
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces.
• Design wireframes and prototypes, and conduct user testing to test and refine your ideas.
• Help with other design tasks, including marketing collateral, user education resources, etc.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing necessary assets and guidance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best developing and maintaining to improve design processes and deliverables continuously.
• Provide thoughtful design critiques and feedback to fellow team members to maintain a culture of collaboration and growth.

Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in design (Graphic, Interaction, Visual), Electronic Media, Computer Science, Human Factors, or related fields.
• At least 1 years of experience as a UI developer, UX designer, or similar role
• Experience user-centred design and Design Lifecycle
• Experience with responsive mobile and web design
• Knowledge of and experience with UI best practices and methodologies
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools for creating both UX and UI deliverables.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Having knowledge or understanding of basic front-end languages (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript) can be advantageous, as it helps facilitate communication with developers.
• Comfortable receiving constructive feedback and critiques, and having your ideas challenged.
• Pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for esthetics.
• Strong experience in conceptual user experience design for sales software products is a plus.
