Mô tả công việc
- Together with the Value Creation Analysis (VCA) team and the BOD building and standardizing methods of evaluating the values of the company based on the strategic objectives - Conducting comprehensive surveys and detailed studies/research to fully understand the contributed values (and the components of each value) for every department at Yes4All in the past year and the future - Together with the VCA team, in-depth analyzing, brainstorming, and proposing the methods that can specifically appraise the contributed values (both positive and negative) for each department. Modeling and coming up with mutual agreement (among department, BOD, and VCA team) net contribution for each department/individual - Providing incentive solutions based on the contributed values for each department and then each individual, hinging on theory and reality of the liberal economy - Continuously improving and upgrading the model depending on the advancement in the methods, knowledge, technology, and the company's situation.
Yêu cầu
- Possessing strong and applicable educational background (Ph.D./MSc/MA/MBA) in Quantitative Economics/ Quantitative Finance/Supply Chain/Sales & Marketing/Human Resource - eager to find ways to apply your knowledge in working on something meaningful - Aiming to create a transformation in a society (company) to make a better one - Daring to be different, doing extraordinary things - Daring to try and fail, then learn from mistakes, do it again to succeed - Taking 100% responsibility for every self-act, no matter good or bad outcomes - Creative and self-disciplined - Having professional integrity and intellectual honesty - Respecting others as well as their values and perspectives; however, not compromising with bad ones - Strong critical thinking and communication skills (Vietnamese and English).
