JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will design and manage aftersales deliverables to be available inside the client's worldwide organization and support market operations, reporting to the Global Technical Services Director.
Before the launch, coordinate and monitor aftersales preparation.
Ascertain that all parts, tools, and equipment are ready for the launch.
Parts of the report are ready for global markets.
Identify market requirements ahead of time and plan for problem fixes.
Bring important pain points in the development of aftersales deliverables to the attention of the executive team.
To fulfill the launch deadline, escalate the concerns with the cross-functional development team.
Establish KPIs to guarantee that all activities are completed on time.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong technical, program management, and process development background.
Mindset of entrepreneurship and innovation; agile, quick, problem solver, and builder from the ground up
Knowledge of the operations, roles, practices, processes, and KPIs of the service department.
A strong customer mindset and a refusal to accept substandard service.
Business acumen: the ability to recognize and pursue business opportunities.
Capable of working across multiple cultures and functions in a global organization.
Positive attitude, team player, collaborator, and strong sense of relationships are all qualities that I possess.
