1. Strategic Leadership
• Support the Director in defining and executing BiPay's growth strategy
• Localize proven Vietnam e-wallet models to the Peru market
• Identify key growth levers: user acquisition, retention, and monetization
2. Merchant & Ecosystem Expansion
• Design and execute merchant acquisition strategies (F&B chains, SMEs, utilities)
• Build scalable partnership frameworks with key merchants and aggregators
• Develop ecosystem use cases: bill payment, QR payments, telecom integration
3. Product & User Experience
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to define wallet features
• Optimize onboarding, KYC, and payment flows
• Drive feature prioritization based on user behavior and market insights
4. Growth & Performance Management
• Define KPIs: MAU, transaction volume, merchant coverage, CAC/LTV
• Analyze data to continuously improve growth efficiency
• Lead growth experiments and promotional campaigns
5. Operations & Execution
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the wallet business
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: product, marketing, partnerships
• Establish scalable processes for rapid expansion
Yêu cầu
Must-Have
• 3 -10+ years of experience in fintech / digital wallet / payments
• Direct experience working at or with a leading Vietnam e-wallet (e.g., MoMo, ZaloPay, Viettel Money, ShopeePay Vietnam)
• Proven track record in scaling users and/or merchant networks
• Strong understanding of QR payments, agent networks, and super app ecosystems
Preferred
• Experience expanding fintech products in emerging markets
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability
• Experience working with telecom-integrated financial services is a plus
Skills
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to move fast in ambiguous environments
• Leadership and team management experience
