This role is responsible for transforming business objectives into action plan for branding & marketing & customers' experience at point of sales
1. Branding & MKT Plan
Develop Brand & MKT plans from market segmentation to brand key vision & lead marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.
Lead market & customers' insight into research, including e-commerce deployment
Transform customers' insight into action plans utilizing latest technological advances to deploy on muti-media channels (website, Facebook, TikTok...)
Budget allocated & optimize
2. Customer experience & trade activities
Lead
business development to explore potential business opportunities while enhancing current customer retention
Lead trade activities in collaboration with sales team to transform channel intelligent into action plans that enhance customers' experience & revenue
3. Analyse, tracking & optimization
Analyze MKT & Trade investment & business outcome to optimize overtime
Analyze market research & business data to foresee market opportunities
4. Recruitment, Training & Team Development
Build an engaged, compliant, and collaborative team.
Train and develop the team to enhance performance and capabilities.
5. Reporting
Prepare and submit all required reports on time.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
