Mô tả công việc

Strategic Planning & Market Leadership:
• Advise and collaborate with the Executive Board in defining business goals, category development directions, and integrated business-marketing strategies for the Health & Beauty category.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and trend forecasting to proactively shape and adjust strategies, ensuring the achievement of revenue, profit, and market coverage objectives.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, frameworks, and procedures for the team to ensure alignment, efficiency, and scalability.
• Design and lead distribution channel expansion strategies tailored to the Health & Beauty sector, including channel segmentation, partner acquisition, and go-to-market models.
Business Operations Management & Market Development:
• Lead and oversee end-to-end business operations to ensure the achievement of approved revenue, volume, and KPI targets across the Health & Beauty category.
• Execute trade programs, promotional campaigns, and sell-out initiatives at points of sale to stimulate consumer demand and accelerate market performance.
• Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with key accounts including cosmetic retail chains, pharmacies, wholesalers, and other critical distribution partners.
• Proactively identify and pursue new market opportunities, staying ahead of consumer trends and competitive shifts to formulate timely and effective go-to-market responses.
Brand Strategy & Category Positioning:
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to uncover actionable insights and refine brand strategy.
• Analyze market data to define brand positioning, identify target consumer insights, and map brand growth opportunities.
• Lead the development and implementation of market entry and brand positioning strategies aligned with corporate vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
• Ensure alignment of brand identity, messaging, and tone across all channels and touchpoints to build a consistent, compelling brand experience.
• Develop creative concepts and strategic ideas for brand communication campaigns, ensuring strong resonance with target audiences and alignment with brand positioning.
• Monitor marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product strategy.
Commercial Team Leadership & Sales Enablement:
• Manage and coordinate the sales force, set clear targets and KPIs, and regularly monitor performance.
• Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies to expand market share and increase penetration across regions and channels.
• Foster strong, long-term client relationships through value-added solutions, service excellence, and strategic account management.
• Optimize the sales process from planning and lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Talent Development & Performance Management:
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for team members within the category.
• Define individual and team performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment through motivation, recognition, and team empowerment.
Reporting:
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on category performance, sales results, campaign effectiveness, and key business metrics to the Executive Board.
• Regularly generate business performance analysis and forecasting reports to support strategic decision-making at the executive level.
• Take on additional projects or initiatives as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu

Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
- Possess deep expertise in the Health & Beauty sector, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, formulations, and consumer needs.
Years of Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role in the Health & Beauty, Cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
Skill:
Foreign Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (all 4 skills).
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools is a plus.

- Strategic Vision & Execution: Ability to define and articulate a clear digital strategy for modern distribution channels, translating this vision into actionable plans and ensuring successful implementation.
- Innovation & Future-Proofing: Proactive in identifying emerging trends and technologies, constantly seeking innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving market.
- Customer-Centric Digital Mindset: Demonstrates a strong focus on understanding evolving customer journeys in the digital space and designing solutions that enhance both online and offline customer experiences.

- Change Leadership & Management: Proven track record in leading and managing significant organizational changes, particularly those related to digital adoption and new business model implementation. This includes expert skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and overcoming resistance
- Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, adjust strategies quickly in response to market shifts, and effectively guide teams through periods of uncertainty.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Highly skilled in fostering collaboration across diverse departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, IT, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives.
- Empowerment & Culture Building: Capable of building a culture of continuous improvement, digital literacy, and empowerment within the team to enthusiastically embrace new ways of working.
Modern Distribution & E-commerce Expertise
- Omnichannel Strategy Development: Expertise in designing and executing cohesive omnichannel strategies that seamlessly integrate online (e-commerce, social commerce) and offline distribution points.
- E-commerce & Platform Savvy: Possesses in-depth knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems, online marketplaces, D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) models, and ideally, experience with B2B platforms specific to Health & Beauty (e.g., prior experience from Buymed or similar platforms would be highly valuable).
- Digital Channel Optimization: Proficient in optimizing online sales funnels, improving conversion rates, reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC), and enhancing customer lifetime value (LTV) through digital channels
Visionary Leadership & Market Acumen:
- Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: Ability to analyze market dynamics, competitors, consumer trends, and macroeconomic factors to formulate a clear, long-term vision and well-defined strategic objectives for the Healthy & Beauty category.
- Leadership & Change Management: Ability to lead teams and the organization through periods of change, adapting to new business environments.
- Proven capability in market analysis, trend forecasting, and strategic decision-making, with hands-on experience in analyzing marketing and business performance data.
Industry Expertise (Cosmetics & Supplements):
- Category Management: Experience in optimizing product portfolios, including new product launches, existing product enhancements, and the discontinuation of underperforming products.
- Deep understanding of key product categories in the cosmetics and supplement sectors, including skincare, haircare, emerging technologies, active ingredients, and product development processes.
- Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks governing the production, importation, distribution, and advertising of cosmetics and supplements (e.g., product registration, labeling, marketing compliance).
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end product development-from concept creation and market research to R&D coordination, product launch, and lifecycle optimization.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire value chain: from raw material sourcing, manufacturing, and quality control to logistics and distribution.
- Proven experience in developing omnichannel distribution strategies, including e-commerce, pharmacy chains, supermarkets, cosmetics retail stores, and modern trade.
- Strong grasp of consumer behavior in the Health & Beauty category, with the ability to analyze purchasing trends, identify unmet needs, and develop tailored product and channel strategies for different customer segments.
