Video Automotive Application Engineer

Job Overview
McGaaw/Innova Vietnam is looking for a candidate with an automotive background, good English communication skills, and the ability to explain technical information clearly through video, training content, and technical documents.
This position is suitable for candidates who studied Automotive Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related fields, and are interested in working directly with overseas teams. The candidate does not need to have deep experience in OBD or diagnostic tools at the beginning. Training will be provided.
Female candidates with an automotive background and strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Work directly with overseas teams to receive and clarify content requirements.
• Understand automotive systems, product features, and customer needs.
• Convert technical information into video scripts, storyboards, training content, and user-friendly explanations.
• Support the creation of technical videos, product demonstration videos, training videos, and instructional content.
• Explain automotive topics such as ABS, SRS, DTCs, Live Data, maintenance functions, vehicle systems, and basic diagnostic procedures in a simple and practical way.
• Write English scripts, narration, subtitles, and technical content.
• Coordinate with automotive engineers, product teams, and video teams to ensure technical accuracy.
• Review video content and documents before delivery to overseas teams or customers.
• Use AI tools to support script writing, translation, subtitles, voice-over, images, and video production.
