Are you a visionary storyteller with a passion for crafting compelling video content? The Brand Marketing team at Chợ Tốt is searching for a dynamic Video Content Creator to bring our brand and sub-brands (Nhà Tốt, Chợ Tốt Xe, Việc Làm Tốt) to life. As a Video Content Creator, you will lead the production and creation of innovative videos that tell our story, promote our products, and enhance our brands. This role involves developing a video-based content strategy and producing creative video assets for campaigns and ongoing brand activities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creativity and the ability to optimize the Brand Marketing team's efforts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

PLANNING:

Craft and execute monthly content plans and video schedules that align with our marketing goals and resonate with our audience.
Stay ahead of the curve by diving into the latest trends, analyzing new data, and mastering cutting-edge marketing and social media techniques, especially innovative video editing tools.
Brainstorm and pitch fresh, creative ideas that connect with current trends and deeply engage our audience.

EXECUTION:

Conceptualize, script, and storyboard videos that reflect our company goals and brand objectives while captivating our target audience with compelling stories.
Produce both short-form and long-form video content for campaigns and brand activities, ensuring each piece embodies our brand's unique voice across platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
Collaborate with our in-house design team to create visually stunning and impactful content through graphic design, photography, and digital media.
Oversee the entire video production process, from filming to editing, sound design, and visual effects, ensuring top-notch quality every time.
Continuously explore new video styles and techniques, experimenting with formats to keep our content fresh and appealing, making a lasting impression on diverse audiences.
Attend events and offline activities to record footage and capture key moments, transforming them into engaging content that aligns with our brand's vision.

OPERATION & ANALYSIS:

Build a sense of community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and managing our brand channels to foster meaningful connections.
Evaluate video performance metrics and insights, adjusting content strategies to enhance engagement and drive growth.

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in creating viral video content for TikTok, Reels, or similar platforms, with a portfolio that highlights your creativity and success.
Exceptional visual and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for capturing and sharing compelling stories through video.
Deep understanding of video platforms, trends, challenges, and their unique community cultures, along with expertise in social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Growth mindset and agile spirit, capable of achieving quick wins and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Strong command of both English and Vietnamese languages.
A strong sense of responsibility and ownership in your work. Be responsive, visible, and ready to make a difference.
