1. About Chicilon Media & The Advertising Design Center
Chicilon Media is one of Vietnam's leading Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) media companies, operating a nationwide advertising ecosystem with more than 40,000 digital screens across elevator and supermarket channels nationwide.
As part of our next growth phase, we are launching the Chicilon Media Advertising Design Center - a next-generation AI-powered creative and advertising production platform integrating:

• Motion & Video Production

• Digital Creative Technology
2. About the Role
The Video Director leads dynamic content production and drives innovative storytelling across video, motion, and emerging media formats.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development of video concepts and storytelling approaches.
• Oversee video production from pre-production to final delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative and Strategy teams.
• Develop proposal and pitching video materials.
• Manage production schedules, resources, and vendors.
• Ensure creative and technical quality standards.
• Explore new formats such as AI video and digital content.
• Mentor video and motion teams.
Yêu cầu
• 5+ years of experience in video production or advertising.
• Strong portfolio in TVC, branded content, or digital campaigns.
• Deep understanding of storytelling and visual language.
• Experience leading production teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of post-production workflows.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Experience with motion and digital content is advantageous.
