The Role
You'll be responsible for editing short-form and long-form video content and managing posts across our social media channels. You don't need to be a seasoned pro - we're looking for someone hungry to learn and grow with us.
What You'll Be Doing
• Edit videos using CapCut and/or DaVinci Resolve (short-form for Reels/TikTok/Shorts + long-form for YouTube)
• Add captions, transitions, effects, music, and graphics to make content pop
• Upload and schedule posts to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and other platforms as needed
• Write basic captions, hashtags, and descriptions optimized for each platform
• Repurpose long-form content into short clips for multiple platforms
• Keep content organized and maintain a consistent posting schedule
• Stay current on social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithm changes
• Collaborate with the team on content ideas and creative direction
Yêu cầu
• 1-3 years of experience with video editing (personal projects, freelance, or professional)
• Comfortable working in CapCut and/or DaVinci Resolve
• Basic understanding of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X (posting, scheduling, analytics)
• Eye for clean edits, good pacing, and engaging thumbnails
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines without micromanagement
• Strong communication skills and responsive to messages
• Bonus: Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or After Effects
• Bonus: Understanding of SEO, YouTube metadata, and social media growth strategies
