Mô tả công việc
- Developing & creating social video content for FV Hospital
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop video content ideas aligned with the hospital's branding and campaigns.
- Stay updated on social media trends and adapt video styles to maximize engagement
- Plan, organize, and conduct on-site video shoots at the hospital, including patient testimonials, staff interviews, and event coverage.
- Manage video equipment and ensure optimal lighting, sound, and framing during shoots.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos tailored for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Add graphics, animations, subtitles, and music to enhance the storytelling experience
- Optimize videos for specific platforms and ensure proper formatting, quality, and length.

Yêu cầu
1. Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Communication, or related fields.
2. Experience: 2+ years experience in equal position.
- At least 2 years of experience in video production and editing, with a strong portfolio of social media content.
3. Skills and knowledge:
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) or video platform (Canva, Capcut Pro)
- Strong skills in filming techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.
- A strong sense of storytelling and attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with a diverse team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trend
Foreign language(s): Vietnamese nationality is a must. Good English
