Job description
In this job, you will...
Design, implement, and operate the core cloud infrastructure revolving around reverse proxies, api gateways, DNS delegations, and networking setup.
Maintain and evolve the Kubernetes clusters that run our containerized workloads.
Evaluate and implement AWS infrastructure automation solutions.
Support the engineering teams with creating secure and reliable cloud applications.
Promote, mentor, and facilitate best cloud practices within Engineering.
Challenge the status quo and continuously improve the production environment.
Review and improve the existing backup/disaster recovery processes.
Your skills and experience
Fluent in English; capable of expressing yourself clearly both in speaking and in writing.
4+ years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of AWS infrastructure-related services such as Amazon VPC, CloudFront, Route 53, AWS WAF, and AWS Transit Gateway.
Experience with AWS services: IAM, CloudFormation, and EKS.
Experience maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and an Agile mindset.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with serverless architectures, namely S3, DynamoDB, and Lambda services.
Experience with SRE.
Experience with Cloudflare.
Experience with AWS CDK.
Experience with Datadog or similar tools/observability stacks.
AWS professional or specialty certifications.
