Content Creator (Inbound Travel Focus) - English-Speaking
Are you a passionate storyteller with an unquenchable thirst for travel? Do you have a knack for creating viral visual content and want to work for Vietnam's top travel and media company on Instagram? Join our dynamic team and help us share the beauty of Vietnam with the world!
This isn't your average content role. You'll be on the front lines, creating content that brings Vietnam to life for international audiences.
Key Responsibilities
As our English-speaking Content Creator, you will be the face and voice of our brand. You will:
Be the star of the show: You'll be on camera, presenting our content with confidence and a lively personality. We're looking for someone who can effortlessly review hotels, explore street food, and showcase incredible destinations, all while speaking fluent, engaging English.
Create and produce content from start to finish: You will be responsible for the entire content creation process. This includes brainstorming concepts, filming, editing, and publishing. You'll be the key player in producing high-quality content for Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, and Facebook.
Travel extensively: This role involves frequent travel and on-site filming. You'll be on the road, exploring Vietnam's most beautiful destinations, unique experiences, and hidden gems. Your job is to make people feel like they're right there with you.
Analyze trends and deliver viral hits: You must be a native of the digital world, with a deep understanding of Instagram's algorithm and content formats. You'll research international user insights and trends to create engaging, shareable, and high-impact travel content that gets millions of views.
Drive brand identity: Contribute to shaping and maintaining a compelling and professional brand image across all our digital platforms.
Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up with the latest inbound travel trends and competitor content to pitch fresh, creative, and effective ideas.
Collaborate and execute: Work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to align content with overall campaign goals and business objectives.
Measure and optimize: Track and analyze content performance metrics to ensure maximum reach and engagement, making adjustments as needed.

What We're Looking For
We are searching for a true content pro with:
Hands-on Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a content creation role (Content Creator, Copywriter, or Content Marketing). We prioritize candidates with experience in the travel, tourism, hotel, or lifestyle industry.
Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written English is a must. You'll need to communicate with our audience, research trends, and work with international partners in English.
Camera Presence & Good looking: You must have a bright, confident on-screen presence and the ability to act in simple skits or short travel-themed reels. You're a natural in front of the camera and love to talk about your adventures.
Deep Instagram Expertise: You are a content master on Instagram. You know what makes a Reel go viral, what's trending on Stories, and how to create visually stunning and engaging posts.
Creative Mindset & Writing Skills: You can come up with unique ideas and write compelling, flexible copy that captivates audiences. You have a keen eye for aesthetics and quickly adapt to new media trends.
Production Skills: Proficiency with basic video and photo editing tools like TikTok, CapCut, etc. is required. Experience with professional software like Premiere or Photoshop is a huge plus.
Team Player: You're a collaborative person who works well with others to achieve shared goals.
Personal Qualities: Outgoing, energetic, and highly responsible. You thrive under pressure and are ready to travel for filming whenever necessary.
Genuine Passion for Travel: You have a real passion for and extensive knowledge of Vietnam's culture, food, and destinations.
No formal degree is required. Your portfolio and passion are what count.
