Mô tả công việc
• Conduct legal research on Vietnamese laws and relevant cross-border topics under partner/senior guidance.
• Draft and review contracts, opinions, and filings; prepare licensing applications, regulatory dossiers and submissions.
• Support client matters, due diligence and project management across multiple practice groups.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by supervising lawyers.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Law (or equivalent) from a recognized university.
• 3-5 years PQE (law firm preferred).
• Strong English and Vietnamese (written & spoken); crisp legal writing and research.
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative; able to work independently with guidance.
