Mô tả công việc
We are opening a new kindergarten in Ha Dong. You must have a university degree in Early Childhood Education. Your job will be to support the school manager, contact and procure suppliers, and participate in interviews for all staff members. The ideal candidate will be very organized and be able to give their views and perspectives to the manager. Reports to and works directly with the school manager.
Description:
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers
• Work with lawyers to ensure all forms are completed correctly
• Contribute to the marketing and enrollment process for new students
• Take part in hiring support staff
• Participate in interviews for native and Vietnamese teachers
• Meet with parents of enrolled and potential students
• Assist in the planning and development of the kindergarten
Yêu cầu
• University Degree in Early Childhood Education is compulsory
• Education Management Certificate is essential
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (most of the planning will be in English)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Have good organization skills
• Be a strong leader, energetic, motivated and ambitious
• Clean criminal background check
