Mô tả công việc
• This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a well-established and leading start-up in Vietnam and you will be part of an All-in-one App (Fintech, booking, Loyalty, Platform O2O...) designed and built by Talented Vietnamese
• Planning and Conducting user research (behavior research, UX research) to propose PO or UX Lead to improve features of VinID's Product
• Work closely with PO, UX lead to identify research topics
• Study competitor platforms, market trends, consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
• Communicate research findings to ensure a holistic view of our users and collaborate closely with stakeholders (e.g. Product, Design, Operations, Business Development) to drive improvements in customer experience.
Yêu cầu
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience doing quantitative and/or qualitative, especially user research (Card sorting, Contextual interview, individual interview, usability testing...)
• Experience in user research or UX research for WEB or MOBILE product is a BIG PLUS
• Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity
• Good team player with positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility
