BYFAS is building a long-term vision as a Vietnamese Cultural Luxury House with a focus on:

We are currently seeking a sophisticated and relationship-driven VIP Client Manager to help expand our luxury partnership ecosystem and private client network.
Position Overview:
The VIP Client Manager will play a strategic role in:
•Developing high-value client relationships
•Managing luxury partnerships
•Expanding BYFAS's private client ecosystem
•Supporting founder-level collaborations and luxury experiences
This is not a conventional sales role. We are looking for someone who understands:
•luxury relationship building
•hospitality-level client service
•refined communication
•long-term brand value creation
Key Responsibilities
1. VIP Client Development
•Build and maintain relationships with VIP and couture clients
•Develop long-term engagement with elite local and international clients
•Coordinate private consultations, fittings, salon events, and couture experiences
•Maintain a refined and personalized client journey
2. Luxury Partnership Management
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with:
•5-star hotels
•concierge teams
•private clubs
•chambers of commerce
•international associations
•luxury lifestyle partners
Generate high-quality referrals and collaboration opportunities for BYFAS.
3. Salon & Cultural Event Activation
•Coordinate private salon events and luxury experiences
•Curate guest lists aligned with the BYFAS positioning
•Convert event attendees into couture consultations and long-term clients
•Ensure every event reflects BYFAS's cultural luxury identity
4. Founder & Brand Support
•Support the Founder in strategic meetings and luxury collaborations
•Assist in high-level networking and partnership follow-up
•Help maintain brand consistency and luxury standards across collaborations
5. CRM & Client Relationship Management
•Maintain VIP client database and partner records
•Track client engagement, referrals, and couture bookings
•Ensure personalized follow-up and luxury-level service standards

Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who are:

Preferred Background
Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:
•Luxury hospitality
•5-star hotels
•Guest relations / concierge
•Luxury retail
•Private banking
•International
business development•Luxury partnership management
Preferred Qualifications
•Strong English communication skills
•Professional presentation and interpersonal skills
•Understanding of luxury service culture
•Ability to manage high-value relationships discreetly and professionally
•Existing network within luxury or international communities is a strong advantage
