- Customer Correspondence: Meeting, Mail, Negotiation, Design proposal, Report on themes related to Build Control, Design of Experiments (DOE), False Analysis Corrective Action (FACA), Reliability (REL), Material
‐ Development management Correspondence: Development lead, initiative on themes related to Build Control, Design of Experiments (DOE), False Analysis Corrective Action (FACA), Reliability (REL), Material
- Project management: Manage entire development and control the above function teams and customer. Need responsibility for leading a project success.
- Internal report and report to customer are required on all of the above development job functions.

- Bachelor degree
- At least more 3 years working experience as Developing Engineer Staff in Manufacture failed
- English Level: Upper-Intermediate Level (TOEIC 700-)
- Having Leadership: Independence, Positive, Team building
Advantage:
- Japanese Level: N3 or Upper
- Having working Experience with overseas vendors in English, 2-3 years or more
- Having experience using analysis tools (quality control)
- Having experience in using Auto Cad, Pro E to design electronic devices
- Having experience in lens / VCM / plastic processing / mold design and evaluation
- Having experience in Japanese Company
