Work with an empathetic attitude
Ensure that all guests are greeted courteously and attentively in the working area.
Attend regular meeting and briefing to keep informed of policies and procedures, special events, further improvement plans and guest comments.
Be familiar with food menus and wine menu offered in outlets.
Ensure the prompt and efficient service required by the resorts standards.
Take order from any food & beverage outlet menus.
Ensure all mis-en-place for restaurant service is correctly prepared prior to opening hour of service.
Follow the leadership of the captain or supervisor on shift.
Have a good knowledge of all outlet menu and F&B day to day activities.
Recommend and promote items as directed by the Asst. Restaurant Manager.
Maintain at all times the highest standard of social skills.
Yêu cầu
Make every effort to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of guest's requests throughout service.
Ensure that you're working area is of exemplary clean nature.
Ensure guest / room charges at points of sales are correct.
Ensure that you are aware and informed of all products the resort use for restaurant service.
Have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the resort.
Fully understand the team goals and objectives, ensuring that the maximum is done to achieve the targets.
Be present throughout service.
Have knowledge of guests' likes and dislikes throughout their stay.
Always strive to perform any additional and responsibilities given.
Complete any other duty assigned by management.
Arrive on time in full uniform in accordance with the company grooming guideline.
