Warehouse and Logistic Manager (URGENT)

Work location: Pho Noi A industrial zone, Hung Yen (25km from Hanoi)
Tasks: Manage Parts Operation and Inventory of the dealership, achieve and exceed budget and KPI targets and manage department staff in line with Company policies. Work closely with Marketing & Parts Sales to ensure parts inventories support marketing plans and initiatives.
1. Manage, Organize, plan and lead Parts Operations team, includes recruitment, development, retention and establishing career path planning for the staff.
2. Develop business plan, Establish Departmental Expense/ CAPEX budgets and Training Plan.
3. Manage Nationwide Parts Inventory through effective use of DBSi and achieving KPI targets, such as Turnover, Service Fill rate & ratio between stock to Emergency orders
4. Establish processes to manage Parts Inventory, such as Forecasting, Back Order Analysis, lead time analysis, Call and demand analysis, ect.
5. Parts Purchasing & coordination with various Suppliers.
6. Manage Parts Operations Branch activities and coordinate with EXIM Department on parts importation and related activities, review Landed cost regularly and assist in establishing retail prices in DBSi.
7. Manage accuracy of Physical inventory, parts return surplus and remand core management.
8. Manage off-shore parts sales order process and accommodation invoices.
9. Short and long term planning for warehouse and equipment.
10. Prepare monthly report relating to parts operations to Caterpillar and Company's management.
11. Supply Chain management of Marine business.
