Responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations, inventory management and shipping arrangement. This role leads the warehouse team to maintain inventory accuracy, efficient shipping/receiving operations, and compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards.
Warehouse Operations
• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving raw goods (RG), storing materials, and shipping finished goods (FG).
• Oversee material issuance to production according to work orders (WO), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage following safety, quality, and 5S standards.
• Monitor space utilization and propose improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency.
Inventory Control
• Handle warehouse data entries (item code, quantity, category) in Excel/ERP/WMS.
• Conduct regular inventory counts (daily/weekly/monthly) and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure traceability of all inventory transactions to support audits and production planning.
Import & Export Support (EPE Management)
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment and customs clearance.
• Maintain basic documentation for export and import transactions related to warehouse operations.
Team Leadership
• Lead the warehouse team to ensure accuracy, discipline, and safety in daily work.
• Assign and monitor tasks, evaluate performance, and promote continuous improvement.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse and shipping management in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems (plus point).
• Strong understanding of inventory control, logistics, and shipping documentation.
• Strong leadership and team coordination.
• Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving attitude.
