Warehouse Lead

- Maintain and control warehouse operational activities, including staffing, KPIs, coordinate with other Departments to ensure operation.
- Formulate and implement Warehouse management strategies aligned with organizational goals in short time and long time per period.
- Ensure procedure and processes are up to date and executed accordingly.
- Control inventory stock level by conducting cycle physical counts, reconcile with SAP system.

- Planning and monitoring inbound and outbound ensure the quality and quantity of the goods in and out.
- Maintain physical condition of warehouse, plans and implements the layout when it is needed.
- Build warehouse processes to manage goods arriving status effectively to ensure the process smoothly.
- Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
- Ensuring all tasks have to be done on time, right parts/materials and correct quantity.
- Provide coaching and disciplining to staffs, planing, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Develop initiatives to optimize logistics cost.
- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and request place orders to SC as needed.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and issuing the monthly report to Senior Manufacturing manager and Finance team and get full responsibility to explain to top management team if any incorrect report data.
