Scope of work:
• Support NCL tasks (documentation, tax stamp inspection &
destruction)
• Support H1 closing delivery and ensure timely completion of related
documentation
• Support warehouse activities for audit (e.g., document preparation,
stock verification, compliance checks)
• Assist in warehouse data management, including data consolidation,
tracking, and basic analysis for reporting purposes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations
(process optimization, standardization, and documentation updates)
Yêu cầu
• Undergraduate or recent graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail with good document-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of logistics or customs procedures is an advantage..
• Good English communication skills (reading & writing) required.
• Experience with SAP system is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and support warehouse-related tasks when required.
