Mô tả công việc
• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures for improved operational effectiveness.
• Manage inventory levels and oversee stock control processes to prevent discrepancies.
• Lead and coach warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams to optimize supply chain operations.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding packaging, labeling, and shipping.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.

Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in warehouse operations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience related to Pharmacy Warehouse
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
