Warehouse Manager (English fluently)

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient and safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role ensures productivity targets are met and warehouse processes are running smoothly and compliant with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory, and storage activities.
Lead and supervise warehouse staff (team leaders, forklift drivers, pickers, etc.).
Ensure accurate inventory control, stock movement, and timely reporting.
Monitor and improve KPIs such as picking accuracy, on-time delivery, space utilization, and stock loss.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
Implement and maintain warehouse layout, safety standards, and housekeeping (5S or similar).
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards (e.g., fire safety, material handling regulations).
Oversee usage and maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
Plan for manpower needs and organize regular staff training and performance evaluations.
Prepare regular warehouse performance reports for management.
Lead or support warehouse-related improvement projects (e.g., WMS upgrades, automation, cost reduction).
